Joel Hunter is a professional Voice Actor,
Voice Impressionist, Writer, Singer, and
2-Time IMTA-LA Winner (see Resume for more details) with over 10 years experience in television and voiceover, as well as over 5 years in voice direction and coaching.
Works include his own public-access television program, a children's puppet series from Driver Studios, an award-winning preschool streaming series from Mattel Creations, an award-nominated audio comedy podcast series by the Lau Lapides Company and the Staples Corporation, and many other audio dramas by Benji Clifford and Tom Denham (see Resume).
With a passion for entertainment, Joel is always
giving people a laugh and turning frowns upside-down with his many wacky and hilarious voices
and impressions.
Sociable, ambitious and an all-around goofball, he's just as entertaining as one of those old cartoon characters (and just as animated!). All of these traits can be shown in the projects he's performed in, his impressions of actors and cartoon characters (see "Videos" page and "Demos" below) and through his YouTube channel.
As a singer, his range is Light Baritone to Tenor
with two octaves ranging from "Low C" to "High C";
this also includes "Head Voice".
For vocal range, it can be anywhere from young
to old, hyper to tired, and cartoony to menacing to name a few. And he can also perform many accents including, but not limited to, British, New Yorker, and German among others (see Resume for full list).
